By using The Uni Deals, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've kept them short and in plain language, because that's how we'd want them written for us.
Who can use The Uni Deals
The Uni Deals is for students currently enrolled at a university or college in Pakistan. Each person may hold one account. Sharing an account between multiple people isn't allowed, since that undermines the verification the whole platform is built on.
Keep your verification honest
When you verify, you're confirming that the university email, student ID, or other details you provide are genuinely yours and current. Using someone else's credentials, a fake student ID, or expired enrollment to get verified isn't allowed and can get your account removed.
Using the app fairly
- Discount codes are for your personal use only.
- Don't scrape the site or app, automate reveals, or try to pull data in bulk.
- Don't resell, publish, or mass-share codes with people who haven't verified through us.
- We may limit how many times a code can be revealed, to keep offers available for genuine students.
Offers come from our partner brands
Every discount on The Uni Deals is offered by an independent partner brand, not by us. Brands can change the terms of an offer, run out of stock, or end a promotion at any time, and we can't guarantee an offer will be honored exactly as listed. Each brand is responsible for honoring its own offer at the point of redemption. If a brand doesn't come through for you, tell us, we use that feedback to decide who stays on the platform.
No guarantees
The Uni Deals is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep listings accurate and the app running, but we can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Pakistani law allows, our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited, and we aren't responsible for losses caused by third parties, including partner brands.
Suspending accounts
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, for example by faking verification, scraping, reselling codes, or otherwise acting in bad faith. Where we can, we'll tell you why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. If we do, we'll move the effective date above; continuing to use The Uni Deals after that means you accept the changes.
